Tomorrow is Anything But a Backpack Day! For this day, your child may bring their school supplies in anything but a backpack. Some ideas are a five-gallon bucket, a suitcase, a small baby stroller, a wagon, a tote bag, a child-sized wheelbarrow, a small garbage can, a purse, a fishing net, a pillowcase, etc.
Please be mindful that this item must be something your child can manage independently to and from their classroom. Be sure this item is clean and only contains school-related items. Please remove fish guts from your fishing net. 😉

Today was our first Healthy Kids Club session of the fall season! 👟 This crew accumulated a group total of 118 miles today! Way to go kiddos! 🎉 Let’s see if we can top that number next week when we resume on Thursday! Remember - No Healthy Kids Club on Tuesday, November 7th for Election Day/No School.

Today was Blue Shirt Day in support of clean water! Our school is participating in the Alliance of Downriver Watersheds Schools for Clean Water Contest, and this activity earned us 100 extra credit pledges! Learn more about the contest at schoolsforcleanwater.org 💙💧
