If you’ve recently moved, please notify us to keep your child’s records up to date.
How to Update Your Address:
Visit the office at any of your child’s school buildings. Call the school’s main office in advance to let them know you’re coming.
Bring three (3) acceptable proofs of residency to complete the change.

Change of Address - Residency Affidavit
A Residency Affidavit is required when you live in a home that you do not own, lease, or rent (living with someone else). A residency affidavit is valid for one school year only and must be updated prior to the beginning of the next school year.
To complete a Residency Affidavit:
The homeowner must accompany the parent/guardian during registration/address change.
The homeowner must provide three (3) acceptable proofs of residency.
Both the homeowner and parent/guardian must provide photo ID.
Both parties must complete and sign the Residency Affidavit, which will be notarized on-site.
For Lakeshore Virtual School students: Affidavits can be completed at your school office, please call 734.379.7090
For all other Gibraltar School District students: Affidavits must be processed at the district office. Please schedule an appointment to complete this process.
